The game features two flexible gameplay modes: Free, where you draw your path to maximize rewards, and Fixed, where movement follows structured routes but allows choices at intersections. Carnival Heroes incorporates unique board elements like gems, mates who provide additional dice rolls, and events or battles that introduce unexpected challenges. Strategic decisions, such as choosing routes or items from the store, play a key role in achieving victory.
